Jack Pinder, LCSW-C
Jack is a femme, trans male, queer, white therapist whose eclectic style draws upon narrative, psychodynamic, and IFS-based approaches to therapy. He is proud to utilize anti-oppressive perspectives to support clients in breaking free from shame, limiting life scripts, and the shadow of trauma, infusing his work with creativity whenever possible.
As a relationship therapist, Jack understands the vulnerability and courage it takes to engage in true relational change, and cultivates a safe space that supports partners in slowing down to hear each other out, and in transforming challenging conversations into opportunities for attunement and growth.
Jack is pursuing further training in sex therapy, with a particular interest in out-of-control sexual behavior, and supporting couples with life transitions related to gender and sexuality. He is kink- and poly- aware and affirming, and committed to the Health at Every Size approach to care.
